Every year, thousands of people miss out on apprenticeship offers or drop out of an apprenticeship due to lacking English and maths qualifications. Get Further are an award-winning charity who exist to change this.

Our Apprenticeships Tuition Programme is an innovative course that prepares current or prospective apprentices to pass Functional Skills Level 2 English/maths and thrive on their apprenticeship. For a limited period, we are offering a 10% discount on the cost of this programme for employers and providers who want to offer this support to their learners and bring a diverse pipeline of talent into the workforce.

The programme includes:

• 55-hours of fully-resourced, small-group tuition and approximately 10-hours of independent study tasks for each learner. These can be delivered face-to-face or online depending on your needs.
• Highly-qualified tutors, selectively recruited by us and trained by teaching experts teachers to deliver impactful sessions and boost engagement and motivation among students.
• A bespoke curriculum, designed to boost confidence and close gaps in knowledge amongst adult learners. This was created by our curriculum experts, and is underpinned by eight core principles.
• A dedicated Programme Coordinator, who will be responsible for tasks such as inducting learners, encouraging attendance, managing tutors and overseeing logistics. This keeps additional workload for your staff to a minimum.
